Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use tsaserver.com, how it is used and protected, and the rights you have over it. Last updated: August 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Secure Soft SRL, 4 Vasile Conta, Piatra Neamț 610115, Romania — the developer of TSA Server. For any privacy-related question or request, write to office@tsaserver.com.
Information we may collect
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- Information you provide by filling in the contact form on this website: your name, email address and, if you choose to include them, your company name and any details you write in your message.
- Records of correspondence, if you contact us by email.
- Technical details of your visits to the website, collected automatically by the web server for system administration and security purposes: IP address, date and time of access, pages requested, browser type and operating system.
This website does not require registration, does not create user accounts and does not process payments online. Licenses are handled by email, and any payment details are exchanged through the invoicing and banking channels agreed at that point — never through this website.
Cookies
tsaserver.com does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Third-party services
- Web fonts. Pages load the IBM Plex typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these files, your IP address is disclosed to Google as part of the ordinary operation of the web. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Spam filtering. Contact-form submissions are checked against the Akismet anti-spam service operated by Automattic Inc. The submitted content and technical metadata (such as the sender's IP address) are transmitted to Akismet solely to distinguish legitimate messages from spam.
How we use your personal data
We use the data you provide to:
- respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and provide technical pre-sales or support answers;
- carry out our obligations arising from any contract concluded with you (licensing, updates, support);
- notify you of matters directly relevant to a purchase you have made, such as important updates to your licensed version.
We do not send marketing communications without your consent, and we do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How we store and protect your data
All traffic between your browser and this website is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our business mailbox and retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, or as required by law. Please note that the transmission of information via the internet can never be guaranteed to be completely secure; any transmission is at your own risk.
Disclosure of your information
We may disclose personal information where we are under a legal obligation to do so, to enforce our terms of business, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Secure Soft SRL, our customers or others. In the event of a sale or reorganization of the business, customer records may be transferred as part of that transaction, under the same protections described here.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact office@tsaserver.com — we will respond within the statutory deadline. Data that we are legally required to retain (for example accounting records) is kept for the applicable statutory period even after an erasure request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
Any future changes to this policy will be published on this page, with the date above updated accordingly.
